Nic Fulmer is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Wake Forest University and Florida State University. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s in accounting with a focus in assurance services. He began his career in 2012 working for Carr, Riggs & Ingram in his hometown of Destin, Florida. Nic and his family moved to The Woodlands in October 2020 and shortly after he took a job with Whitley Penn in downtown Houston. In September 2023, he joined A Strong CPA. Nic holds CPA licenses in the state of Texas and Florida.

Nic’s experience includes over 12 years of providing assurance, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services. Industries Nic has experience in include privately held for profit businesses, not-for-profits, governments, construction, oil and gas, condominium and homeowner associations, automotive, hospitality, insurance, employee benefit plans, and medical amongst others.

Nic is a former three sport college athlete; he played soccer on scholarship at Mercer University before transferring to Wake Forest where he was a walk-on the track and cross-country teams. Nic has been a lifelong fan of his alma mater, Florida State University, in all sports. He also supports the Atlanta Braves, Miami Dolphins, and Montreal Canadiens professionally. In his free time Nic enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his children’s various activities. Nic has been happily married to his wife, Molly Bellew Fulmer, since 2012 and they have two children, Henry and Hadley.
