Ashley Bartoskewitz is the Director of Financial Assurance and Accounting Services, where she leads both the assurance and accounting services teams. She oversees audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as a wide range of accounting solutions, including routine bookkeeping, clean-up projects, interim controller support, and fractional CFO services.

With over 14 years of experience in public accounting and financial operations, Ashley is known for her technical expertise, strategic mindset, and dedication to helping clients grow with confidence. She has worked with privately held businesses across industries like construction, technology, manufacturing, professional services, and energy—bringing deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, complex transactions, and process efficiency.

Ashley’s unique background in chemistry and scientific research brings a methodical and inquisitive approach to complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, and fair value measurement. Prior to her public accounting career, she held roles in bookkeeping, software systems implementation, chemical safety, and pharmaceutical research, which further sharpened her analytical and process-oriented mindset.

Ashley is passionate about developing high-performing teams and building strong client relationships. She regularly mentors professionals and champions technology to streamline workflows and enhance client service.

She is a licensed CPA in Texas, a member of the AICPA, a life member of the Texas Exes, and an alumna of Leadership Montgomery County. Ashley holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin. 

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, cooking and baking experiments, LEGO, video games, a good whisk(e)y, and chasing her dogs around.  She also consistently plays inconsistent golf with her husband of 15 years, Brandon, and dabbles in mixology.
