Olivia attended Wharton College where she studied Business Administration in Human Resource Management. Olivia’s career started in 2001 at Imperial Sugar in Sugar Land, TX as a Human Resources assistant, gaining valuable experience in personnel management. 

In 2006, Olivia ventured into the oil and gas industry, taking on the role of Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a manufacturing company in Cypress, TX where she spent over a decade. This position not only allowed her to develop her financial and operational management skills but also equipped her with a deep understanding of a complex industry. 

With a passion for numbers and client relations, Olivia made a significant career shift into public accounting as a Practice Manager, where she leverages her extensive background in finance and management. 

Outside of her professional life, Olivia is enjoying being an empty nester with her husband, Matt, and takes pride in being a dedicated “boy mom.”
